Applications:
Instant dry yeast-low sugar is suitable for making sugar-free and low sugar bread( in dough containing 0~7% sugar)
Instant dry yeast-high sugar is suitable for making sweet or oil bread(in dough containing 7~25% sugar)
Mix the dry yeast into flour, add water and stir well ,or knead with the paste as dough for fermenting. Water temperature and the fermenting temperature within 35~38℃ is better Avoid adding yeast directly into oil or cold water.
